What agency owners actually want to know.

The setup fee covers the 60-90 day implementation period — system architecture, integrations, custom dashboards, onboarding, training, and the heavy lifting of getting everything running. That work is real and front-loaded.

We could roll it into the monthly and call it "free setup," but that just means month 1 costs the same as a year-long average. The setup fee is more honest: it's a one-time cost for a one-time process.

Most agencies don't start at Tier 03. The Performance Review usually identifies one or two layers that are bottlenecking everything else, and we start there. Fixing the right layer first creates the cash flow and operational headroom to expand to additional layers.

You can upgrade tiers anytime. The setup fee for upgrades is reduced because we're building on existing infrastructure.

The Tier 03 (Full Framework) results guarantee is specific: measurable lift on response time, capture rate, and booked assessments within 90 days. If we haven't moved at least one of those metrics by the agreed-upon target by day 90, we work for free until we do.

We don't guarantee specific revenue or client counts because those depend on factors outside our control (your caregiver capacity, your service area saturation, your sales process). But the leading indicators we DO control — response time, capture rate, conversion — those we'll move or work without billing until we move them.

Marketing systems take 60-120 days to show real results. Most agencies who quit at month 2 haven't actually given the system enough time to compound — they're seeing partial results and walking away frustrated.

The minimums protect you from making that mistake, and protect us from absorbing the front-loaded cost of agencies that bail before the system can prove itself. After the minimum, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

The standard tiers (01-03) are priced for a single-location home care agency, regardless of size within that location. If you operate 1-4 locations, we typically can include all of them in a single Tier 02 or Tier 03 engagement with a small multi-location adjustment.

For 5+ locations, you'll fall into Tier 04 (Multi-Location & Enterprise), which is custom-quoted because the integration work scales with location count.

Third-party tool subscriptions are typically not included. This usually means: GoHighLevel licensing, AI receptionist platform fees, Google Ads spend (if running paid acquisition), and any caregiver scheduling software you use.

We pass these through at cost and help you minimize them — most agencies' total third-party tool spend lands in the $400-$1,200/month range on top of our fee. We're transparent about every line item.

Honestly? Sometimes yes. If you can hire a full-time marketing operations person at $75K-$110K/year who has experience with home care, who can build the integrations, and who can manage the full acquisition stack — that can work.

But most home care agencies can't find that person, can't afford that fully-loaded salary plus benefits, and can't risk a 6-month onboarding period only to have them leave. We're typically 3-5x faster to deploy and 30-50% cheaper than the equivalent in-house hire — plus you don't lose institutional knowledge if a team member moves on.

Setup fees are typically split: 50% at contract signing, 50% at launch. Monthly fees are billed on the 1st of each month, payable by ACH (preferred) or credit card.

For Tier 03 engagements with 12-month commitments, paying the full year upfront earns a 10% discount.
